For those clients who prefer to negotiate on their own behalf, we lend our expertise and experience to the preparation and execution of effective negotiations, either behind the scenes or at the table.

While most executives and other professionals negotiate on some level on a daily basis, few employ a focused and structured preparatory process.  Most have little understanding of their own strong and weak points, and how their individual styles impact their negotiations.  Small wonder many enter into negotiations with poorly defined goals and conclude negotiations not knowing if they could have done better.

We offer coaching sessions during which we help clients apply a structure in which to ground their experience and instinct, helping to formulate effective strategies specific to particular negotiations.  We rely on our expertise in all facets of the negotiation process to provide our clients a competitive advantage in crucial negotiations
